Collection: Iron-on Patches

Elevate your style effortlessly with our extensive collection of iron-on patches. Crafted from high quality polyester fabric with a sublimation coating and smooth surface. No thread corners for a more exquisite look. Hot melt glue on the back has strong adhesion after heat transfer. You can iron, stitch or sew on your products firmly.

Add personality to hats, ball caps, beanies, backpacks, garment, shirts, jeans, jackets, sweaters, etc.

Easy Installation - Simply peel off the backing film, cover the FRONT patch with a damp fabric cloth, firmly press with an iron or heat press at 285°F/140°C for 30s. Let it cool before moving it.

Durable - Can be machine washed. Image won't fade, and the patch won't peel off most materials.

Ideal materials for adhesion.

  1. Cotton: Cotton is a natural fiber and can withstand heat up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Denim: Sturdy denim fabric is another great option. Its thickness and durability make it ideal for iron-on patches.

  3. Canvas: Canvas fabric is robust and can handle the heat required for iron-on applications.

  4. Polyester: Some polyester blends, such as poly-cotton, can withstand heat almost as high as pure cotton.

  5. Standard Knits (e.g., T-shirts): Smooth, tightly woven fabrics like standard knits work well.
